Welcome to Rhythm in your shoes where dance classes for children in Christchurch are presented in a unique way.
We have moved to new premises since the February 22nd Earthquake. An exciting new studio at 166 St Asaph Street in the City of Christchurch. The studio offers a range of classes to suit, off-street parking and child's play room. Theme based dance programmes for young kids, children's Latin hip hop, Latin American & Ballroom classes, Salsa and Zumba classes for the adults.
Enhance your child's learning through dance classes for children, introducing kids to the magic of dance:
A variety of rhythms + dance basics + imagination = fun!
Childrens dance classes foster self esteem, friendships and social skills.
The delightful rhythms and dance themes will have young children dancing in class in no time at all, just watch their confidence grow, grow, grow! Preschool children will love dancing in our unique theme based dance programmes, stimulating your child's creativity and imagination.
If you're looking for a kids dancing class where your child can learn a variety of dance basics and movement in a nurturing, fun and stimulating way, try either our Preschool, Mini Petites or Petites dance programmes for kids. Alternatively, your child may be interested in the sizzling rhythms of Latin American dancing or wanting to try a new dance style, the "Have a Ball" kids dance class, is an introduction into both Ballroom and Latin American dance styles. Many children move on to exam work and competition dancing.
Zumba classes for Adults are fun and friendly. Share the bonus of combining dancing and exercise with some fiery latin rhythms, it's a dance workout! You don't need a partner and the associated benefits of learning to dance are rich. Dance and fitness are combined to help develop rhythm, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, fitness and above all its fun!
